Installation of Duraspine Pro on the verge of being completed.
The Manley Field House Arena is one step closer to returning to its roots as an indoor practice facility. FieldTurf has been installed, which features the Block S logo as well as line for football and men’s and women’s lacrosse. The next phase of the project starts Friday as the installation of the three-lane running track surface, which will run the entire perimeter of the FieldTurf, begins.
Next week, crews will be infilling the FieldTurf with a mixture of sand and ground-up rubber, which makes a synthetic turf.
FieldTurf and Syracuse University
There are three FieldTurf fields at Syracuse University including the field at Carrier Dome where the football and lacrosse teams play their home games, and a practice field for the lacrosse team.
Syracuse University boasts a premier athletics program and FieldTurf is proud of having a long-standing relationship with the Orange.
